Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Feedback & Relations Executive to join our team at Access Infotrendz. This role involves collecting feedback digitally from every patient at discharge and ensuring multilingual accessibility to enhance patient experience.
Your responsibilities will include generating monthly department-wise performance reports, identifying key improvement areas, and contributing to the improvement of our hospital’s reputation.
You will also be responsible for mapping the patient discharge workflow effectively.
Job Types: Part-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,00.00 – ₹12,00.00 per month
Expected hours: 30.00 per week
