Job Description
Cosmic Byte is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all incoming customer queries and questions, providing appropriate service and information, and referring clients to the relevant departments as needed. You will tackle problematic issues by escalating them to management and resolve customer complaints, including issuing refunds when necessary.
Your role will also involve maintaining an accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database, providing quotations, checking product availability, and handling payment transactions efficiently.

Pay: ₹22,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month
