Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Western Chef de Cuisine to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating innovative dishes and a strong background in Western cuisine.
Responsibilities include designing menus, managing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and presentation, and maintaining hygiene standards. The Chef de Cuisine will also be responsible for inventory management and ordering supplies.
