Genesis Head Hunters is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to manage financial operations—including corporate accounting, regulatory reporting, and budget preparation. You will oversee financial control activities, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and develop internal control policies.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial control activities across cost centres.
• Provide support to external auditors.
• Create and monitor company policies.
• Manage cash flow requirements and generate management reports.

Requirements: CA qualified, 10-12 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and strong leadership qualities.

Salary: ₹2,00,00.00 – ₹2,400,00.00 per year. Benefits include cell phone reimbursement and health insurance.
