Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle domestic and international ticketing using GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
• Issue, reissue, and cancel air tickets as per client requirements.
• Coordinate with airlines regarding fare rules and refunds.
• Provide accurate fare quotations to clients.
• Manage group bookings and special requests.
