Job Description

Location: Kolkata
Shifts: Evening/Night (Rotational), 5 days/week
We are seeking experienced candidates for the role of Customer Support Executive in our International Process team. You’ll manage customer queries, deliver resolutions, and ensure a premium support experience.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduation (any stream, maximum age 35)
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in BPO/Customer Support (International Voice Process)
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
Salary: CTC – ₹4.2 LPA, ₹25,00 – ₹30,00 per month, plus bonuses and travel allowances.
