Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant to join our team at Cognizant.
The ideal candidate will have 3-10 years of functional experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with at least 2-3 implementations.
Key responsibilities include writing Fast formulas and managing implementations in modules like Talent Management, Global HR, Absence, Payroll, or Compensation & Benefits.
Strong communication skills and a good understanding of AIM/OUM processes are essential. Cloud certification is preferred.
