Job Description
Mittalbooks is seeking a dedicated Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer lifecycle communication on platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart. Responsibilities include designing and executing CRM campaigns via email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push notifications.
You will analyze customer data, coordinate with teams to enhance satisfaction, and monitor KPIs such as repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value.
