Job Description
KR BAKES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee our civil construction projects. Key responsibilities include managing daily activities, ensuring safety compliance, supervising staff and subcontractors, and maintaining quality control.
We require 3 to 5 years of experience in Civil Construction/Interior Projects and a diploma or degree in a related field. Skills needed: leadership, team management, conflict resolution, and quality assurance.
This full-time position offers a salary of ₹18,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 with benefits like health insurance and paid time off.
