Job Description
Deevyashakti is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our procurement team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and evaluating suppliers based on price, quality, service, and delivery capabilities. You will request and compare quotations, negotiate terms, and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) using our ERP system.
Your key responsibilities include coordinating with various departments for timely procurement, monitoring delivery schedules, and maintaining vendor records. A strong knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP MM or Tally ERP) and proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets are essential.
