Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Associate Counsel to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, with experience in contract negotiation, compliance, and litigation support.
You will be responsible for providing legal advice to various departments, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and ensuring the company adheres to all legal standards and regulations.
This position requires excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently as well as part of a team. Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and be licensed to practice law.
