Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional professional with over 8 years in Oracle HCM Cloud product solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM applications, with knowledge of core modules such as Core HR, Compensation, and ORC. Proficiency in technical tools, including BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts, is essential.
The role involves providing technical guidance, leading implementations, and optimizing HCM Cloud solutions. Strong communication skills are a must, as you will interact with diverse stakeholders. Exceptional problem-solving abilities are required to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
