The Merchandising Manager will oversee the overall utilization of Cloud & Automation Practice, ensuring daily monitoring of resources and compliance with BU-specific policies. Key responsibilities include managing the bench resources, performing allocations and de-allocations, and interfacing with Delivery and HR service groups. The ideal candidate will track utilization parameters, manage demands, provide feedback on resource performance, and ensure timely fulfillment of staffing needs through various sourcing channels.
