Job Description
Spider Techno Soft Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator to enhance our support team. You will coordinate service requests to hardware support engineers, ensuring timely responses and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include logging customer complaints, managing spare parts inventory, and maintaining proper documentation.
Qualifications: degree or diploma in IT (freshers welcome). Immediate joiners based in Ernakulam are encouraged to apply.
