Job Description
ScopeHR Services is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive. Your responsibilities include maintaining the customer database, making service reminder calls, scheduling appointments, and handling feedback. You will also provide product and service information over the phone and document customer interactions.
This full-time position requires proficiency in Excel and strong communication skills. Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM with Sundays off. Please note this position is for female candidates only, and food will be provided.
Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month
