Job Description

Experience: Fresher (0–1 year)

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers (150+ calls/day).
• Explain products/services and book demos.
• Maintain CRM records and achieve daily/weekly targets with incentives.

Requirements:

• Good communication in English/Hindi/Tamil (or local language).
• Confident, persuasive, eager to learn, and possess basic computer skills (Excel/CRM preferred).
