Job Description
Company: 10x Growth Accelerator
Job Title: Customer Support Executive – International Voice
Location: Kolkata
Shifts: Evening/Night (Rotational)
Working Days: 5 days/week
Compensation: CTC – 4.2 LPA; Pay: ₹25,00.00 – ₹30,00.00/month
Role Overview: Handle customer queries and deliver high-quality support.
Requirements: Graduation (any stream), Minimum 1 year in BPO/Customer Support (International Voice Process), Excellent spoken and written English.
Benefits: Performance Bonus, Travel Allowance, Cab Facility for night shifts, Provident Fund.
