Job Description
ABU DHABI MOTORS KOCHI is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Telecaller to manage both inbound and outbound calls for our premium automobile service center. You will handle inquiries, book appointments, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls for service reminders and offers.
- Handle inbound calls providing accurate service information.
- Schedule and confirm service bookings efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years in telecalling or customer care.
- Excellent English and Malayalam communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month
