Job Description
Job Title: Customer Support Executive – International Voice
Process: Vorizon – Voice
Location: Kolkata
Shifts: Evening/Night (Rotational)
Working Days: 5 days/week
Role Overview: We are seeking experienced candidates to manage customer queries and ensure exceptional support.
Requirements: Graduation in any stream, minimum 1 year in BPO/Customer Support (International Voice).
Salary: ₹25,00 – ₹30,00/month, with a performance bonus and travel allowance.
Interview Process: HR Screening, AMCAT Test, Mock Call/Chat, Final Operations Round.
