Job Description

Eastmen Chemicals is seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to manage daily accounting entries in Tally, facilitate bank payments, assist with vendor coordination, process payroll, and ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting entries and bank reconciliations.
• Process payroll and maintain attendance records.
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations and payments.
• Oversee general office administration.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce/Accounting.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Tally ERP and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
