Job Description
Pride Motors is seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to manage all insurance activities at our dealership. This role involves handling policy renewals, assisting with claims, and upselling insurance products. Strong communication skills and basic motor insurance knowledge are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer insurance renewals and provide quotes.
- Assist with claim documentation and support.
- Upsell additional insurance options.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in insurance or dealership work is preferred.
Salary: ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month + benefits.
