Job Description
We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert with strong functional experience in HCM Cloud, specifically in Global HR, Absence Management, and Talent Management. The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of experience in support projects and a solid understanding of HCM business processes.
Candidates must demonstrate experience in client interaction regarding requirements, solutions, and support issues. Proficiency in handling requirements, functional design documents, and end-to-end functional testing is essential.
An understanding of the offshore-on-site delivery model will be beneficial. Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a keen ability to learn quickly are crucial for success in this role.
