Are you passionate about customer service and the automotive industry? In this role, you will:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries and complaints.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers about their vehicle’s service.
• Maintain accurate customer information in our system.
