Job Description
JAMES HEAL PHARMA PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking enthusiastic individuals for the position of Customer Service Representative. This role is ideal for freshers looking to jumpstart their careers in customer service.
Your responsibilities will include managing large volumes of inbound and outbound calls, following established communication scripts, and identifying customers’ needs to provide effective solutions. We offer a flexible work schedule, the possibility to work from home, and competitive pay between ₹9,414.73 to ₹19,620.54 per month. Please note that only freshers are eligible for this role.
