Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Telecaller to join our team at Shivkan Business Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to clients, explaining product features, and providing accurate information.
Your role will also include responding to inbound customer queries, generating sales leads, and collaborating with our sales team to meet targets. Excellent English communication skills are essential for this position.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹28,00.00 per month. Experience as a Telecaller for at least 2 years is preferred.
