UNITED FINGOLD is seeking a diligent Operations Assistant. Responsibilities include managing gold loan applications, handling customer queries, and verifying gold purity. Achieve sales targets while ensuring compliance with RBI guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in customers with loan terms.
- Collect and verify KYC documents.
- Assess gold and determine loan amounts.
- Generate loan agreements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10+2 education.
- Basic computer skills required.
