Educational Qualification:
- Graduate / Diploma in any discipline; preference for Mechanical/Technical background (not mandatory).
Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer calls and emails professionally.
- Register service requests and coordinate with service engineers.
- Maintain records, prepare quotations, and assist with AMC reminders.
Key Skills Required:
- Good communication skills (English, Hindi/Marathi).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Typing).
- Positive attitude and strong organizational skills.
*A 1-year bond is compulsory.
