Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Recruiter to join our team at Enarin Business Solution Pvt Ltd. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions, collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, and source candidates through innovative methods.
Your responsibilities will include screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, maintaining candidate records, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, and familiarity with sourcing techniques such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
This is a full-time remote position with a salary range of ₹20,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month.
