Job Description
Location: Kandivali West
Company: Ecolux Enterprises
Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer care/client servicing/back-office coordination
Working Days: 6 Days a Week, Shift Time: 10:00am to 06:30pm IST
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with clients on payments.
- Create invoices in Tally.
- Coordinate client updates and documentation.
- Maintain client records and payment trackers.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Build strong client relationships.
- Support the sales/operations team.
Requirements:
- Graduate with strong communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and Tally.
- Detail-oriented and proactive; female candidates preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month
