Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Admission Counselor to handle inquiries through phone, email, chat, and in-person visits. This role involves providing information on courses, eligibility, and admission processes while counseling prospective students and their parents about program options and career opportunities.
Key responsibilities include managing leads in our CRM, conducting admission interviews and webinars, and coordinating with academic departments for documentation. The ideal candidate should have experience in student recruitment, fluency in multiple languages, and familiarity with digital marketing.
This is a full-time position with a salary of ₹30,00.00 – ₹55,00.00 plus benefits.
Work Location: In person at MBA ESG
