Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Company Secretary & Compliance Officer to join Org Wise in the Manufacturing Industry. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in a similar role within a public limited company. Responsibilities include preparing board meeting minutes, maintaining statutory records, preparing notices and resolutions, conducting compliance activities, and assisting finance teams with audits and tax compliance.
Preferred candidates should possess strong drafting and presentation skills, and female candidates aged 25-35 are encouraged to apply. The offered CTC is 7.5 LPA.
