Job Description
Join The Sleep Company as a Customer Support Associate and be part of our dynamic team. You will greet walk-in customers, understand their needs, and drive sales through excellent product knowledge. Responsibilities include managing customer queries, maintaining in-store displays, and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
We seek a graduate with 1–3 years of experience in premium retail. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential. Fluency in English and a positive, eager-to-learn mindset are also important.
