Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Area Incharge (Mechanical Supervisor) to oversee daily operations and maintenance at our HPL Haldia plant. This role ensures operational efficiency and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor operational activities and enforce adherence to SOPs and safety protocols.
• Supervise team activities and allocate tasks to operators and technicians.
• Coordinate with teams to address operational and maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and performance metrics.
• Optimize resource utilization and minimize downtime.

Qualifications:

Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation with 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Salary: ₹10,144.13 – ₹23,446.43 per month
