Job Description

DHL is seeking dedicated individuals for the position of Territory Service Representative (TSR-PTU). As a TSR, you will be responsible for:

  • Unloading, scanning, and sorting shipments.
  • Delivering packages accurately to customer addresses.
  • Taking customer acknowledgements via device (BYOD).
  • Updating status codes for undelivered shipments.
  • Ensuring timely pickups and documentation at customer locations.
  • Loading bags into vehicles and managing shipments efficiently.

Delivery and pickup processes will be detailed in training sessions. A professional dress code is required.
