Salary: Up to ₹20,00 per month + Annual Bonus

Requirements:

• Education: Any (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Experience: 1+ years in customer service
• Languages: Fluent in Hindi (required), English (required), Tamil (preferred)

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi.
• Interact with customers for PCB Boards service.
• Update service requests in ERP system.
• Coordinate with service personnel to follow up on complaints.
