Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Outreach Coordinator to engage and mobilize youth from underserved communities in Pune. This role involves building trust in the community, promoting our skilling programs, and guiding youth throughout their journey with Lighthouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with youth and families in slum communities.
- Promote awareness of Lighthouse programs.
- Drive enrolments while maintaining connections with participants.
- Conduct home visits and collaborate with local stakeholders.
- Support the culture of safety and inclusivity at Lighthouse.
Location: Yerwada/Kondhwa/Gokhalenagar/Warje/Janta Vasahat/Wanowrie
Pay: ₹25,00 – ₹32,00 per month
