Job Description
EXL Service is seeking an Accounts Receivable Executive who possesses solid knowledge in Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, and deductions management. The ideal candidate should be research-oriented and analytical, with strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
Key responsibilities include receiving and uploading bank files from lockbox into SAP, identifying and researching variances between customer payments and remittance advice, and working collaboratively with the Hubbell team to resolve issues as per the approved escalation procedures. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for electronically storing Cash Application batches, cash adjustments, and processed credit memos.
