Job Description
Position Summary: The APAC Correspondent Lending Intern will assist in reviewing closed loan file documents to ensure compliance with approvals and regulations. This role involves verifying that loan data in the Loan Origination System (LOS) aligns with documents from correspondent lenders.
Job Functions and Responsibilities: Responsibilities include reviewing loan documents for completeness and accuracy, adding suspense conditions for any deficiencies noted, and updating delivery data in LOS. Familiarity with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and VA guidelines is an advantage.
Education / Experience: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.
Work Schedule: Dayshift.
