Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized CRM Assistant to support our email and SMS marketing campaigns at Pattern. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of CRM tools, high attention to detail, and the ability to develop meaningful reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of CRM campaigns
- Design and build emails using drag and drop editors
- Ensure email templates comply with brand guidelines
- Proof and QA email campaigns for accuracy
- Assist with client support and generate basic reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
