Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our Battery R&D Center. The successful candidate will conduct battery cell testing, prepare electrolytes, and assist in material characterization. Key responsibilities include performing tab welding, maintaining laboratory equipment, and documenting experimental results.
Qualifications include a M.Sc. in Chemistry or B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, 0-2 years of experience in battery research, and familiarity with battery testing equipment. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
