Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Company Secretary to oversee corporate governance, compliance, and secretarial functions for Sarvajith Infotech, a leader in the renewable energy sector.
Your role will involve managing SPVs and Holding Companies, drafting key corporate documents, and ensuring adherence to statutory requirements.
Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience in infrastructure and renewable energy, with expert knowledge of corporate laws.
Location: In person | Salary: ₹75,00.00 – ₹90,00.00 per month
