Job Description
Aralia Hotels is seeking a dedicated and efficient Front Office Executive to enhance our guest services. As a key member of our team, you will:
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs with precision.
- Assist guests with inquiries and reservations.
- Supervise junior front office staff.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance.
- Ensure billing accuracy and manage payments.
- Address guest complaints promptly.
- Support the Front Office Manager with daily tasks.

Requirements
