Job Description
Kent Constructions is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor with over 8 years of experience to join our team in Kochi. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Responsibilities include preparing detailed cost estimates, developing tender documentation, monitoring project costs, and ensuring quality standard compliance.
The salary ranges from ₹25,00.00 to ₹40,00.00 per month, with benefits such as food, health insurance, and a provident fund.
