Job Description

Join our team as a Voice Process representative at Intermed Laboratories! In this role, you will be responsible for customer support, including answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to address customer inquiries and resolve issues. You will provide timely information about our products and services, troubleshoot problems, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
