Job Description
Xanika Infotech is seeking a dedicated Executive – IT Support for our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of IT support experience and a solid understanding of hardware, software, and networking concepts.
Key responsibilities include addressing hardware issues, supporting MS Office applications, assisting with Retail Pro (POS Application), and providing IT infrastructure support with guidance from the Assistant Manager IT.
Applicants should have excellent troubleshooting skills, good communication abilities, and relevant certifications. This is a full-time position with a salary of up to ₹30,00 per month.
Workdays are Monday to Friday in a day shift.
