Join our Insurance Sales Team as a Customer Success Associate, focusing on Motor, Life, and Health Insurance.

Salary & Benefits:

• Freshers: up to ₹25,00 CTC | Experienced: up to ₹35,00 CTC (Max 20% hike)
• Performance-based incentives
• Work with a leading insurance company
• Rotational shifts (Day shift for female employees till 8 PM)
• 6 days working per week

Eligibility:

• Graduate degree (any stream)
• Fluent in English & Hindi (mandatory)
• Good communication and sales skills
• Comfortable with outbound calling and insurance tele sales
