Job Description
myG Digital Hub is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator with at least 1 year of experience in the consumer appliance service field. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination of service operations, timely resolution of customer complaints, and effective communication among customers, service teams, and vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate service requests for consumer appliances.
- Ensure timely complaint resolution.
- Maintain service records and documentation.
- Provide updates to customers on service status.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical.
- Minimum 1 year of service experience.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
