Job Description
Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations across product, marketing, community, finance, and HR.
Design and implement systems to support rapid growth and lead OKR setting and performance tracking.
Team Management & Culture: Build and mentor a high-performing operations team, fostering accountability and collaboration.
Qualifications: 0-3 years in senior operations roles, preferably in startup or tech environments.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹20,00 – ₹40,00/month | Benefits: Paid sick time.
