Job Description
Location: Hadapsar, Pune, Maharashtra
MJ Sales and Services is seeking a Chat Support Executive to enhance our customer service team. This role focuses on assisting clients via live chat, email, and messaging platforms.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries, provide accurate product information, manage multiple chats, and resolve complaints.
Requirements: 12th pass/Graduate, strong written English, MS Office knowledge, multitasking ability, and prior experience is a plus.
Pay: ₹16,500 – ₹24,500 per month with benefits.
