Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Scrum Master & Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will facilitate Agile practices, ensuring effective collaboration among team members while guiding them through the Scrum framework.
Your responsibilities will include coaching the team on Agile principles, removing impediments, and fostering a high-performing environment. You will also act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, prior experience in a similar role, and a strong understanding of Agile methodologies. A Scrum Master certification is a plus.
